What the system does

Online reservations
Guests book a table on the restaurant’s website by real availability, in Czech, English, Slovak, German and Polish.

Deposits
A restaurant can require a deposit for a reservation, and the system keeps track of whether it has been paid.

Table seating
Staff see the day’s reservations and assign tables, and a waitlist helps fill seats that free up.

Allergies and requests
Special requests and allergies are at hand for the staff. Allergy data is encrypted in the database.

Connected to SEPTIM
Reservations flow into the SEPTIM point of sale, and the system takes the tables and the current occupancy from it.

A secure back office
Staff sign in with a password and a second factor, roles decide who may do what, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
